Shipping & Payment

Delivery Times for In-Stock Orders: 

All orders ship from Connecticut, USA. Transit times for shipping will be determined by your location and the shipping service that you select. If your order includes any items that are not in stock, we will contact you with expected delivery times.

Please be aware that lead times for all handcrafted, imported products can be affected by unforeseen production and shipping issues. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you with an update. 

Back Orders: 

If an item is not available to ship immediately, an estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page. These dates are subject to change based on unforeseen production or transit delays. 

If your order includes back-ordered items, we will partial ship as the items become available or at your request, we can hold the entire order to ship complete. 

Note: We collect payment in advance for back-ordered items to reserve the products for you and to ensure priority processing when inventory becomes available. 

Destinations within the USA: 

For all orders shipping within the USA, please allow one full business day for processing prior to shipment. 

Standard Delivery: 

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground service and generally arrive in 3-7 business days. 

Expedited Delivery: 

For faster delivery within the USA we offer Next-Day and Two-Day shipping service for in-stock orders. Next-Day orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver service and will be delivered by 3PM. Two-Day orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air Service and will be delivered by the end of the day. Expedited orders require 1 full day for processing prior to shipment. Same-day shipping is not an option, even for expedited orders.

Destinations outside the USA:

For all orders shipping outside the USA, please allow 5 full business days for order processing prior to shipment.

The available shipping options and costs for your location will be shown online when you check out. Depending upon your destination, shipping options may include a quote for Labrazel to ship via DHL, and/or the option to choose your own carrier, with shipping costs billed directly to you. Please be aware that any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes are the customer's responsibility. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.

Shipping Addresses: 

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery. Please confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct when placing an order with us. If an address is undeliverable or the delivery is refused, you will be charged a restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs.

Refused Shipment Penalty:

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and any changes must be managed as a Merchandise Return, in compliance with our Return Policy. If you refuse or redirect a shipment from Labrazel without our prior approval, a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund.  

Multiple Shipments: 

Some items may ship in multiple packages and from multiple locations. This will not affect your shipping costs.
