Our Durango Collection is produced by the bronze artisans of Rocky Mountain Hardware, recognized worldwide for their unwavering commitment to quality. Durango is expertly crafted in Rocky Mountain's foundry in Hailey, Idaho, using the finest art-grade bronze. Each piece is individually cast for one-of-a-kind character and finished with a hand-applied patina that grows richer and more lustrous in response to the environment.
The art of sculpting bronze dates back thousands of years and remains relatively unchanged today: bronze ingots are melted in crucibles similar to those used in the Bronze Age, then poured into molds made with packed sand.
As each piece evolves from molten bronze to a hand-finished work of art, it is shaped and refined by over a dozen artisans. The final result is uniquely beautiful and made to last a lifetime. Offered in 10 finishes. Each piece is made to order; allow 10-12 weeks for delivery.
