We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Labrazel. Please open and inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it, even if you are not ready to install or display the items. If the order does not meet your expectations in any way please notify us immediately so that we can assist you.
Broken or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please retain all original packing materials and contact us by email at sales@labrazel.com or by phone at 860-232-3091. If the problem is the result of shipping damage, a manufacturing issue, or an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you or we will refund the cost of the item and related shipping fees.
If we determine that the damaged or defective item should be returned to us, we’ll schedule a pickup at our expense. We can offer refunds and replacements only if the item is returned within 30 days; after that time, a store credit will be applied to your account.
All other returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, please follow the steps below:
For shipments within the USA:
Please download our Merchandise Return Form and follow the instructions on the form. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including shipping charges and any applicable duties and taxes.
For shipments outside the USA:
Our international fulfillment partner, Global-e, will manage your return through their online portal. Please look for details on your order confirmation email or contact us at sales@labrazel.com or 860-232-3091.
For all returns, please note:
- Pack your shipment carefully! We can only refund you for items received in original packaging and undamaged, resalable condition. Any variation from this requirement may void the return or incur a restocking fee of up to 40% of the product cost.
- Return shipping costs, including shipping charges and any applicable duties and taxes, are your responsibility. You may select the carrier of your choice.
- We recommend that you purchase insurance for any packages that you ship to us, since we cannot refund you for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment.
- For orders paid by credit card, we'll refund the same credit card used for your original purchase. For orders paid by other methods, we'll issue a Labrazel merchandise credit that can be applied to future purchases. Refunds cover product costs only, not shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you by email to confirm the total amount of your refund and related details.
- All promotional offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. If you make a change to your order that results in a reduced order total, please be aware that you may no longer qualify for certain promotional discounts and free shipping. When an order becomes ineligible for a promotion, all related discounts and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Merchandise promoted or advertised as Final Sale will not be eligible for a credit of any kind. We cannot accept returns of Final Sale merchandise, and we cannot reship the merchandise to you unless you pay the return shipping fees within 5 days of notification.
- Special Order products are made to order for you and are not eligible for return.
