This dramatic, opalescent shell is known throughout the Pacific Rim as "Brown Lip" Mother of Pearl. The vivid golden brown coloring is completely natural; the crackle texturing is added by hand as each tile is gently tapped into place. A clear acrylic coating protects the finish.
